Shipping policy
Delivery
Everything is packed and posted by us from Weymouth, Dorset. We only ever list what we physically hold, so there is no drop-shipping and no waiting on a third party.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

- UK Standard — £4.99
- UK Express — £6.99
- European Union — £14.99
- Rest of world — £23.99, to selected countries
Available options and final prices are confirmed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently post there. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
How your order is packed
Single cards travel in a penny sleeve, then a rigid toploader, then a card mailer. Sealed boxes and decks are wrapped and posted in a right-sized box with void fill. We do not skimp on packaging — a bent corner ruins a card.
Orders outside the UK
The price you pay us covers the goods and postage only. Any import duty, VAT, customs charges or handling fees applied by the destination country are payable by you and are not included in our prices. Please check your own country's thresholds before ordering. We cannot refund an order that is refused or abandoned because of unpaid import charges.
Lost or delayed parcels
Tracked services occasionally stall. If your parcel has not moved for 7 working days within the UK, or 21 working days internationally, email hello@petalpack.co.uk and we will chase it with the carrier and put it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will happily re-send it once the postage is covered.
